If you have a sincere desire to experience and learn about life on a working ranch, as well as a work ethic that enables you to perform both meaningful and mundane tasks, you may wish to consider one of our intern positions at Crystal Creek Ranch.  Available for a minimum of one month, up to a complete season, internships are a great way to learn and grow in both physical and spiritual ways thru hard work and the beauty of God in nature.  We provide you with lodging, some meals, and a small amount of spending money, as well as access to all the beauty and attractions of this part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways and Shannon County .  You give to us your time and a positive can-do attitude, a sincere desire to learn and help others, and a willingness to perform manual labor on a consistent basis as needed in any area of our operations.
