If you have a sincere desire to experience and learn about life on a working ranch, as well as a work ethic that enables you to perform both meaningful and mundane tasks, you may wish to consider an intern position at Crystal Creek Ranch.  After a one week trail period for us both, internships are available for a minimum of one month, up to a complete season. Internships are a great way to learn and grow in both physical and spiritual ways thru hard work and the beauty of God in nature. Internships are voluntary; we do not pay wages or charge a fee.  We do provide you with lodging, some meals, and a small amount of spending money, as well as access to all the beauty and attractions of this part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways and Shannon County .  You give to the Ranch your time and a positive can-do attitude, a sincere desire to learn and help others, and a willingness to perform manual labor on a consistent basis as needed in any area of our operations.
