"Peacefulness,"  "beauty," "nature," "uniqueness," "history," "outdoors in comfort"... These are all words that our guests have used to describe their visit to Crystal Creek Ranch.  May your stay with us inspire such feelings in you also.

We offer many activities which are free of charge and are open to all.  These include the museum, self guided ranch tours, walking trails, field trips, our small animal area, the "lookout" deck, labyrinth and special seasonal activities. (Please see "What We Offer" for times and more information.)  Our rates below help to provide such experiences, though any donations are always appreciated.

Each season offers a beauty of its own and it is our hope that you may experience them all.  In keeping with "Our Purpose" we can arrange reduced rates for non-profit groups or in case of financial need.  Please call us to discuss your situation.

Reservations are necessary with a 50% deposit. Deposits may be made by credit card for immediate acceptance.  Tentative reservations are held for 7 days only, pending the receipt of your deposit by check.  All balances are due on your arrival. Deposits are refundable up to 3 weeks before the date of arrival, minus a 20% service charge of your deposit. Any reservations made within 3 weeks of the arrival date are FIRM  commitments with no cancellation or refund of deposit.  There are no refunds for early departures.  All policies are subject to change. Check-in time is 4 p.m., and check-out is 11 a.m., unless otherwise arranged.

Russ Noah Log Cabin      - 2 persons per night -     Weekdays          $48.00 Weekends and Holidays         $58.00 Each extra person over age 8        $5.00

Sheepherders Wagon      - 2 persons per night -     Weekdays          $40.00 Weekends and Holidays         $45.00 Each extra person over age 8           $5.00

 

Tree Retreat      - 1 to 2 persons per night -     Weekdays          $45.00 Weekends and Holidays         $50.00 Each extra person over age 8         $5.00

FINE PRINT:  No drug use, and no excessive alcohol use is allowed. Moderation, please, in all things. No smoking in any buildings, or in the vicinity of hay barns or farm equipment. Please, no pets or fireworks, and fires in designated areas only. Individuals and groups will be charged for any damages or replacements. We reserve the right to refuse access or ask to leave those who we feel are not following our guidelines for behavior. Thank you for your understanding.
